At Little Words Project®, we want you to love your word. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
